1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
A valid ID (Aadhar card, passport, etc.) must be presented at check-in for all guests.
Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a 1-night charge.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb other guests.
Alcohol, smoking, and non-vegetarian food are not allowed on the premises.
Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
Any damage to the property or misuse of facilities will result in additional charges.

5. Safety and Security

CCTV cameras are installed at all exterior entry and common areas for guest safety.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss or theft.
In case of emergency, contact the host or dial the local emergency number.

6. Payment Terms

We accept UPI, cash, and online transfer.
Full payment is due at check-in unless previously settled through an online platform.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Content on the site (text, images, etc.) is the property of Shree Rameshth Home Stay and may not be reused without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
